2. Payments
Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payments.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your service up to 24 hours in advance with no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 25% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
4. Liability
We take great care in ensuring the safety of your property and the environment. However, we are not liable for damage due to external factors beyond our control, including natural events or pre-existing conditions.
5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any personal or sensitive information you share with us will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of providing our services.
